We want you to love your DivineGlow projector. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email us at diosproyector@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Please return the product with its original accessories.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and refund 100% of the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
